Profoundly arrives with a strong record behind her. Trained by Michael Freedman, the daughter of Farnan won the Group 3 Adrian Knox Stakes during the autumn before backing up seven days later in the Group 1 Australian Oaks at Randwick. She finished second to dual Group 1 winner Ohope Wins, beaten by only 0.4 lengths.
The two-year-old metropolitan winner is now being offered as a breeding prospect and is ready for her first mating this spring. Her race record, combined with her relatively early stage of breeding career, makes her one of the more notable mares in the catalogue.
Interest in the Inglis Digital August Late Online Sale is likely to centre on the depth of its breeding opportunities. The Ole Kirk stallion share offers breeders an opportunity to gain access to a sire whose first crop has already made a strong impression. Ole Kirk is officially fully booked for the 2026 breeding season at a service fee of $110,000, while more than 8 per cent of his first crop has already produced stakes winners. His yearlings have sold for up to $1 million.
The catalogue also includes Without Parallel, a five-year-old daughter of Time Test trained by Matt Dunn. She has won five of her 11 starts and is being considered for the $2 million Kosciuszko at Randwick on October 17, part of the Everest Day programme.
Another notable entry is the four-year-old Eyes Of Blue, by Snitzel. Her pedigree carries plenty of depth, tracing to a family associated with the late Des Pope. She is a sister to Group 3 winner and Group 1-placed Bridal Waltz and a half-sister to seven-time winner She Dances, who also succeeded at Group 3 level.
Inglis Digital August Late Online Sale features 340 lots in total, giving the catalogue considerable breadth. The offering includes 160 racehorses, among them 95 fillies, along with 79 broodmares, 71 racehorse shares, 20 yearlings, nine unraced horses and one stallion share.
The August (Late) catalogue combines established racing form with breeding potential, with Profoundly and the Ole Kirk share providing two of its clearest focal points. Inglis Digital August Late Online Sale will also give buyers and breeders a broad selection across different stages of the racing and breeding cycle.
