The Race and Rest at the Holiday Inn Maiden Stakes (Class 4) Division II saw King of Earth produce a strong and sustained finishing effort to land the spoils. Partnered by Tom Marquand, trained by William Haggas, and owned by Mr Ali Abdulla Saeed, the winner stayed on powerfully to stop the clock at 1m 47.54s. MarquessofAnglesey finished second, while Seven Sisters was third.
