The day’s racing at RCTC began with the Snow Forest Handicap, a 1200-meter dash with a total prize purse of Rs. 3,00,000. It was Winsangel who emerged triumphant, ridden by Suraj Narredu and trained by B. Mahesh. The filly clocked 1:13.983, winning the opening race at 5/1 odds.
Taking second place was Artemis Zelda, guided by Arul J. H. and trained by N. Darashah. The filly put in a solid performance to finish in 1:14.628 at 10/1 odds.
Completing the top three was the tote favorite Swift Lady, piloted by Imran Chisty and trained by Rutherford Alford. Despite the high expectations, the filly finished third with a time of 1:14.761 at 11/20 odds.
