Warwick Racecourse will welcome the farming and rural community on Wednesday, November 11, 2026, for Warwick Farmers Day, an afternoon combining racing with fundraising in support of The Farming Community Network (FCN).
The event will bring together farmers, landowners, rural businesses and racing supporters, with Dudley Peverill Associates, Newton LDP and Arnold Thomson joining forces to support the charity and raise awareness of the challenges facing farming families.
Warwick Farmers Day 2026 will take place at Warwick Racecourse on November 11.
FCN provides practical and confidential assistance to farmers and farming families dealing with business and personal difficulties. Its work has become increasingly significant as those working in agriculture contend with financial pressures, changing policies, succession issues and the demands of running modern farming businesses.
The day will feature a full programme of racing alongside hospitality and fundraising activities, providing an opportunity for members of the rural community to meet and spend time together away from the pressures of everyday business.
The three firms organising the event have longstanding links with farming communities and rural businesses. Their areas of expertise cover rural consultancy and project delivery, land and property, and agricultural law, creating a common connection with the people and businesses the fundraiser aims to support.
Their involvement reflects the close relationship between the agricultural and racing industries, particularly in areas where racecourses serve large rural communities.
FCN will be the beneficiary of the fundraising effort, with the organisation continuing to provide a vital point of contact for farmers and families who need practical guidance, confidential support or simply someone to listen.
Warwick Farmers Day is expected to bring together people from across the region’s agricultural and rural sectors for an afternoon in which racing will sit alongside the wider fundraising programme.
The event also underlines the important role racecourses can play within their local communities. Warwick Racecourse, with its strong links to the surrounding countryside, provides a natural setting for a day focused on farming and rural life.
The organisers are hoping the November gathering will generate meaningful support for FCN while giving the farming community an opportunity to come together.
For FCN, the funds raised will help sustain its year-round work supporting people across the farming sector. The charity’s services extend beyond individual businesses, recognising the effect that agricultural pressures can have on families and personal wellbeing.
Warwick Farmers Day will therefore have a purpose beyond the racecourse itself, using an afternoon of racing to bring attention to the people who form the backbone of Britain’s rural communities.
