Exciting Day of Horse Racing at Mahalaxmi Race

Course: 7th Race of the 2024-2025 Season Set for

The seventh day of the 24 racing days season 2024-2025 is set to take place on Sunday 29th December 2024. After the fierce competition on 27th December, the equines along with their talented jockeys and skillful trainers are ready for yet another thrilling day of horse racing.

Hosted on the tracks of Mahalaxmi race course, the weather for Sunday will feature hazy sunshine with 25% cloud cover and 48% humidity, reaching a high of 33°C. Around 3 PM, the temperature will drop to 31°C, and by 5 PM, it will further decrease to 30°C.

The racing of the day will begin with The Jayant M. Shah & Champak M. Shah Gold Trophy (Class III; H’cap, Indian Horses rated 40 to 66) (20 to 39 eligible) at 2 PM. The prize money for the winner will be over 3 lakhs and the participants to cover the 1400 mts distance to run across the finish line are as follows:
