Amazing Imrarifa Clinches The Davanagere Plate Div II in a Blazing Sprint at Mysore
The fifth race of the day at Mysore Race Club Davanagere Plate Div II at the Mysore Summer Races 2025 saw a pulsating finish as Amazing Imrarifa, partnered by veteran jockey S. G. Prasad, held off a strong late challenge from Moonlight Queen to emerge victorious.Trained by Mansoor Khan and clocking an impressive time of 1:11.521, Amazing Imrarifa displayed both pace and poise to secure the win for owners Dr Mohammed Imran, Raja Malhotra, and Tajamul Waseem Khan.Moonlight Queen, guided by Antony Raj S. and trained by Rakesh, was just a neck behind at 1:11.646, making it a nail-biting contest till the wire. Sherouk, ridden by Vinod Shinde for trainer J. S. Pillay, finished third with a timing of 1:12.092, while Indian Glory and D Roman Reigns followed closely behind.
The race was packed with intensity and served as yet another showcase of the thrilling competition Mysore continues to offer this summer season.
