The action-packed 20th day of the Hyderabad Monsoon Races 2025 on Sunday, October 5, witnessed an exhilarating finish in the 5th race of the day – The Mysore Race Club Cup, a Class IV handicap for horses rated 20 to 45, run over 1200 metres at 2:45 PM. Displaying sharp acceleration and tactical precision, Safala, owned by Mr. Harisharan Devgan, produced a powerful late surge to secure victory in a smart 1:14.816, marking a memorable triumph for trainer Magan Singh Parmar and jockey Mukesh Kumar.

Breaking evenly from the gates, Safala settled in midfield early as the pace quickened upfront. Mukesh Kumar timed his move to perfection, guiding the mare through a neat passage along the rails before unleashing a decisive burst inside the final furlong.
