The second race of the day at the Bangalore Turf Club saw a standout performance from Rosario, who captured The Endorsement Plate, a 1600-meter contest for maiden three-year-olds. With seasoned jockey Vivek G. in the saddle and under the expert training of P. Shroff, Rosario delivered a polished and confident run to clinch the top spot in a competitive field.

Carrying a total prize money of Rs. 11,00,000, this race was a true test of stamina and potential for young thoroughbreds making their early mark on the summer season. Rosario tracked the pace smartly before accelerating in the final 300 meters, showcasing a promising turn of foot that left rivals chasing.

Finishing a gallant second was André, ably partnered by A. Sandesh and trained by the veteran Bharath Singh. André was never far from the leader and appeared a threat in the final stages but couldn’t quite overhaul Rosario’s late surge.

Einaudi, guided by Shreyas Singh S and trained by S.S. Attaollahi, ran on gamely to claim third place, rounding off a tightly contested race among emerging three-year-olds. The top trio signaled plenty of future potential, with Rosario’s maiden win particularly noteworthy for connections and followers of P. Shroff’s stable.

With two races concluded, the Bangalore Summer Meeting’s sixth day is already proving eventful. Next up is The Udhagamandalam Plate, another race for maiden three-year-olds, this time over 1200 meters. As the action continues, stay tuned to Racebuzz for comprehensive updates and insights from BTC.
