The Dr. N.M. Srinivas Memorial Trophy, the fifth race on the card of the day 3 of the Mysore Summer Races at Mysore Race Club began with a triumph. Held over 1400 meters and open to horses rated 60 and above, this prestigious event carried a prize purse of ₹7,00,000 — with a substantial ₹3,50,000 awarded to the winner. As anticipated, the race brought out top-tier talent and delivered a gripping spectacle that lived up to its billing.

Stealing the spotlight in a nail-biting finish was RISE AGAIN, who surged to victory under a confident ride by C. Umesh by clocking at 1:31.436. Trained by Fahad Khan, the gelding timed his challenge to perfection, edging ahead in the final strides to seal the win in a photo-finish that had racegoers on their feet.

Finishing a close second was the consistent KANYA RASHI, piloted by S. Antony Raj and trained by Vinesh V. Naik. Always in touch with the leaders, the gelding showed great heart in the straight but was narrowly denied at the post, settling for the runner-up spot as it timed at 1:31.822.

Completing the frame was SPECTACULAR, guided by Abhishek Mhatre and trained by K. Aditya. The mare produced a determined run to secure third place in 1:32.813, adding further depth to a race that was rich in quality and competition.
