As the Southern Hemisphere gears up for a new foaling season, the Inglis Digital June (Late) Online Sale presents a treasure trove of breeding and racing talent for buyers looking to bolster their bloodstock portfolios. With 485 lots on offer, this edition showcases a dynamic mix of racehorses, broodmares, yearlings, and weanlings, catering to both the local and international markets, especially Hong Kong.

This robust catalogue features a diverse group of 173 racehorses – including 76 race fillies – alongside 157 proven or promising broodmares. The offering also includes 42 yearlings and 41 weanlings, plus racehorse shares and unraced juveniles, providing a well-rounded selection across all sectors of the industry. The timing couldn’t be better for breeders preparing for the next season, making this sale a significant fixture on the bloodstock calendar.

Among the standout broodmares is Extra Olives, whose progeny includes the impressive Spicy Martini – a four-time winner from just seven starts, including the G3 Fred Best Classic. Currently in foal to the highly sought-after St Mark’s Basilica, Extra Olives adds valuable appeal for breeders chasing pedigree and performance.

The catalogue also features Group-winning mare Searchin’ Roc’s, a dual G3 winner with over $1 million in prizemoney. She’s ready for her first cover, offering fresh opportunity to buyers aiming to launch a new broodmare career from a proven racetrack foundation.

Two of Australia’s respected studs, Glenlogan Park and Bell View Park, are reducing their broodmare numbers through this sale. Glenlogan’s 17-lot consignment includes mares with black-type success or direct links to elite performers, while Bell View Park is offering Stakes performer Tamahine, in foal to top first-season sire Farnan.

Young racing prospects also add depth to the sale. Secure, a three-year-old trained by Chris Waller, enters the ring on the back of consecutive wins at Canterbury and Warwick Farm. His Hong Kong rating of 67 and consistent form make him an appealing option for international buyers, particularly those targeting the HKJC market.

Ikasara, another strong prospect, made an impressive debut with a win at Rosehill and followed it up with credible finishes in the Listed Heritage Stakes and G2 Roman Consul Stakes. This I Am Invincible filly has already shown the kind of class that appeals to both local and overseas racing circuits.

A host of other highlights include high-quality mares in foal to elite stallions. Notable offerings range from Anise, dam of two Stakes performers, to Belle du Nord, a G2 winner carrying to Stay Inside. Stakes-producing mares like Electra and She Is Stryking, both in foal to emerging sires, enrich the breeding appeal of this sale.

Stallion shares also feature prominently, with a share in All Too Hard—sire of five Group 1 winners—available to buyers. Proven producers like Broadband, Madhmoonah, and Stolen Innocence further reinforce the calibre of the catalogue, each linked to recent Stakes success either through direct progeny or close relations.

Top stallions such as Artorius, Capitalist, Savabeel, and Shamus Award are represented in foal covers, while weanlings and yearlings by exciting sires like Pinatubo, Hellbent, The Autumn Sun, Tassort, and Zousain ensure there’s something for every budget and long-term strategy.

Leading industry players such as Yulong, Widden, Vinery, and Ciaron Maher are among the major contributors to the catalogue, underlining the credibility and commercial relevance of the sale. With over 20 entries, Yulong is the top vendor, setting the pace for a highly anticipated digital auction.

The final countdown for the Inglis Digital June (Late) Online Sale begins at 10am on Wednesday, offering a chance for breeders and buyers to make strategic investments ahead of the new season. Whether it’s a ready-to-race performer or a blue-blooded broodmare, the depth and quality of this catalogue make it one of the most exciting online sales of the year.
