Pune Races: Fable claims The Vibrant Plate Division II 

Fable crosses the finish line in 1:26.303 to win The Vibrant Plate Division II at Pune Racecourse, holding off Beyond Stars (1:26.887) and Moonlight Kiss (1:26.912) in a close finish on Day 1.

The afternoon action continued at Pune Racecourse with the running of The Vibrant Plate Division II, the third race on Day 1. This 1400-metre class IV handicap for Indian horses rated 20 to 46 carried a purse of ₹5,50,000 and was contested at 2:00 pm.

Fable, trained by Adhiraj Singh Jodha and ridden confidently by A. Sandesh, proved superior over the trip, stopping the clock at 1:26.303. Representing Mr Tegbir Singh Brar (rep. Sarainaga Racing Pvt. Ltd.), the runner settled well before making a commanding move in the final stages to seize victory.

Beyond Stars, trained by S. Waheed and partnered by Antony Raj S., stayed prominent through the race and finished a game second with a timing of 1:26.887.

Completing the top three was Moonlight Kiss, trained by Narendra Lagad and ridden by C. Umesh, who maintained good momentum to secure a solid placing in 1:26.912, finishing just behind the runner-up.

With the first three races now complete, the opening day at Pune has already delivered close contests and strong favourites. Up next is The Season Opener Plate Division I, as the racing continues to entertain with each passing event.
