The Bangalore Turf Club Ltd. has announced the postponement of its May 18, 2025 race day due to heavy overnight rainfall that rendered the track conditions unsafe for racing. The Stewards of the Club, in the exercise of their official powers, assessed the underfoot conditions of the turf track and concluded that they were not suitable to ensure the safety of both horses and jockeys.
As a result, all scheduled races for Sunday have been officially postponed. The Bangalore Turf Club will issue a revised race date in due course.
Racing fans and stakeholders are advised to stay updated through official BTC channels for further announcements regarding the rescheduling of the races.
