The Bangalore Turf Club (BTC) hosted the opening race of the Bangalore Summer Meeting, 21st day, Saturday, 11th July 2026, with Race No. 1 – The Halebeedu Stakes, a 1200-metre sprint held at 1:30 PM. In the Bangalore race result 11th July, Perfect Attitude produced a polished display to secure victory under Antony Raj S. for trainer Arjun Mangalorkar, clocking 1:12.19. Carrying the colours of Ms Ameeta Mehra, So Blest Trading Co. Pvt. Ltd. & Mr Rajan Aggarwal, the winner made an excellent start to the afternoon’s proceedings.
Perfect Attitude travelled comfortably throughout the six-furlong contest before quickening decisively in the closing stages. Antony Raj S. judged the pace to perfection, positioning the gelding within striking distance before asking for his effort in the final furlong. Responding willingly, Perfect Attitude stretched clear at the right moment to register a convincing success and hand trainer Arjun Mangalorkar another notable winner at Bangalore.
Flaming Sword finished a creditable second for P. Trevor and trainer S. Dominic, stopping the clock at 1:12.58 after staying on strongly in the closing stages. Pole Star, partnered by K. Mukesh Kumar (HYD) and trained by Prasanna Kumar, was narrowly behind in third, recording 1:12.60 to complete a closely contested finish for the minor placings.
Attention now turns to Race No. 2 – The D. M. Shivaswamy Memorial Trophy, scheduled for 2:00 PM, as the Bangalore Summer Meeting continues with another exciting contest on the card.
