The 13th day of the Mysore (Monsoon) Races 2025 on Friday, 17th October, kicked off with the 1st Race, The Lalithamahal Plate, a Class V contest for horses rated 00 to 25, aged five years and above, over 1100 meters at 2:00 PM. In a commanding display of speed and precision, Immortal Beauty (J: Suraj Narredu) captured victory for trainer Satish Narredu and owner Mrs Radhika Narredu, crossing the finish line in a crisp 1:07.358 to assert her superiority in this competitive field.
From the outset, Immortal Beauty showcased a sharp break and settled beautifully in mid-division before making a decisive move approaching the final furlong. Guided expertly by Suraj Narredu, she accelerated with authority to claim the lead, demonstrating both tactical awareness and finishing power that left the rivals chasing.
The runner-up honors went to Striking Eyes (J: Suhas K, T: V Lokanath), who stayed close throughout and finished strongly in 1:07.646, just behind the winner. Fashionista (J: Pavan, T: P Ruban) secured third place in 1:07.781, rounding out a tightly contested top three.
As the applause faded at the finish line, attention quickly turned to the BVL – Ladies Circle India Cup set for 2:30 PM, promising another thrilling contest for racegoers and punters alike.
