The Mumbai race result 30 November meeting came alive in Race 6 as The Captain G. Hall Trophy delivered a sharp burst of maiden-race excitement. Run at 04:30 PM over 1200m for Class IV maiden Indian horses (3-year-olds, rated 20–46), the contest saw Enforcer produce a professional and polished performance to open his career account. Piloted by Yash Narredu for trainer M. Narredu, Enforcer stopped the clock at 1:10:351 while carrying the colours of owners Mr Mark Saldanha, Mrs B E Saldanha, Mrs Sandra Saldanha, Ms Marise Ann Saldanha, Miss Merrill J Saldanha, Miss Schenelle Megan Saldanha & Mr Achuthan Siddharth.
Breaking smartly and settling into a rhythm just behind the early speed, Enforcer travelled like the classiest horse in the line-up. Yash Narredu timed the forward move to perfection, shifting gears approaching the final 300m. With a smooth change of stride and a decisive turn of foot, Enforcer pulled clear in the final furlong, putting the result beyond doubt well before the winning post.
Behind the authoritative winner, Charlie Brown (J: Antony Raj S., T: Imtiaz A. Sait) stayed on resolutely to finish second, showcasing promise despite having no real answer to the winner’s acceleration. He completed the trip just behind the winner, while Santana Row (J: C. S. Jodha, T: Adhirajsingh Jodha) took third after a patient ride, closing late to secure the final podium position.
With The Captain G. Hall Trophy wrapped up in style, anticipation now shifts to the next contest of the afternoon — The V. R. Menon Plate, scheduled for 05:00 PM, as the Mumbai meeting continues to build momentum.
