The second race on day 20 of the Bangalore Summer Meeting, The Flirting Vision Plate Div II, was run over a sharp 1100 meters for horses rated 20 to 45. The race flagged off at 2:00 pm, offering a total prize purse of ₹5,10,000 to the contenders.
It was Most And More who stole the spotlight with an authoritative win in 1:10.31. The winner, trained by Satish Narredu and piloted by Darshan R. N., showed speed and never looked back once he hit the front, cruising to victory in style. The winner is owned by Mr Anil Saraf, Mr Balam Mohla, Mr Manjunath M, Mr Teja Gollapudi, and Dr Prabhakar Chowdary Tripuraneni, and added another feather to the cap of the Narredu stable this season.
Finishing a strong second was Mehra, guided by Vivek G. for trainer Pradeep Annaiah, who attempted a late rally but couldn’t match the leader’s turn of foot in the final meters. The runner-up clocked in 1:10.79.
The third position was claimed by Pursuit Of Wealth in 1:10.97, trained by M. Rajendra Singh and ridden by K. Sai Kiran, who stayed in contention throughout and held off the rest of the pack.
With two races done, the day continues to promise competitive action at the Bangalore Turf Club. All eyes are now on the next contest, The Mamma’s Mink Plate, as the card progresses.
