With just hundredths of a second separating the top two, the race unfolded into a gripping duel in the final strides. Guided by Antony Raj S., Mega Success surged ahead in the nick of time to stop the clock at 1:27.81, securing the win for trainer S. Inayathulla. The winner is owned by Mr S. Inayathulla.

Running prominently, Mega Success timed his finishing effort to perfection, just outlasting Chinky Pinky, who gave everything under Aleemuddin for trainer M. Rajendra Singh. The final verdict was a short head, with the runner-up recording 1:27.82, heartbreakingly close.
