Ridden with confidence by Vinay Jaiswal, the Javed Khan-trained runner scored a convincing victory for owner Mr Vikram Bachhawat rep M/s Bachhawat Farms Pvt Ltd, stamping authority on the contest in the afternoon programme.
As the Kolkata race result 11 March card unfolded at the historic racecourse, Adeya delivered a measured performance that combined patience early with a decisive finishing burst when it mattered most. Breaking well from the gates, Adeya settled into a comfortable rhythm behind the early pace while the field sorted itself out through the opening stages. Jockey Vinay Jaiswal kept the filly well balanced approaching the bend before asking for an effort in the straight. Responding willingly, Adeya lengthened stride and surged past the leaders inside the final furlong, asserting clear superiority in the closing stages to secure the prize in authoritative fashion.
Amaze And Inspire (J: Suraj Narredu, T: Shyam S Habbu) ran a determined race to claim the runner-up spot, keeping the winner honest through the stretch, while Rosalia (J: M. S. Deora, T: Arti Doctor) finished on steadily to secure third place after staying on late.
