Kempton Park will stage an eight-race Flat programme on the All-Weather track on Wednesday, September 30. The evening meeting will run from 4:25 PM to 8:30 PM, with races for two-year-olds and older horses. The card features novice, nursery, maiden, conditions and handicap contests, with distances ranging from six furlongs to one mile, two furlongs and 219 yards. The Polytrack surface is listed as standard to slow. The opening race at 4:25 PM will be the Studs EBF Restricted Novice Stakes, a Class 4 contest for two-year-olds over six furlongs. The race carries £11,000 in prize money and is restricted to horses in Bands B, C and D under the EBF conditions. The six-furlong contest will provide a sharp test for the young runners.

At 4:55 PM, the Smartview Racecards Nursery Handicap Stakes will take place over seven furlongs. This Class 5 contest is restricted to two-year-olds rated 0-75 and carries £8,000. The additional furlong compared with the opening race will give the juveniles a different test of pace and stamina. The published Kempton card confirms the seven-furlong nursery and its £8,000 prize. (The third race at 5:30 PM will be the Maiden Stakes Division I, a Class 3 contest for two-year-olds over one mile. The race carries £12,000 and forms part of the GBB/GBBPlus programme. A second division of the same event will follow shortly afterwards, creating consecutive one-mile contests for the juvenile runners.

At 6:00 PM, the Maiden Stakes Division II will also be run over one mile. This Class 3 race is again restricted to two-year-olds and carries £12,000. The two divisions will give a large group of developing horses the opportunity to compete over the same distance and surface.

The fifth race at 6:30 PM will be the More Extra Place Races Handicap Stakes, a Class 6 event over one mile. Open to three-year-olds and older horses rated 46-60, the race carries £6,000. The contest will bring older horses into the programme following the series of races for two-year-olds. The published card confirms the one-mile distance and 46-60 rating band.

At 7:00 PM, the Industry Leading In-Play Markets Handicap Stakes will be staged over one mile. This Class 4 contest is open to three-year-olds and older horses rated 66-85 and carries £12,000. It is also listed as a London Mile Series Qualifier, adding another series element to the evening programme.

The seventh race at 7:30 PM will be the Conditions Stakes, a Class 2 contest over six furlongs for three-year-olds and older horses. The race carries £26,000, making it the highest-value contest on the Kempton card. Eleven runners are listed in the published race details, with the event restricted to EBF-eligible horses that meet the specified previous-race conditions.

The evening programme will conclude at 8:30 PM with the Handicap Stakes, a Class 6 contest over six furlongs. Open to three-year-olds and older horses rated 46-55, the race carries £6,000. The published card lists the six-furlong contest for horses in the 46-55 rating range and provides the final test of the evening.

The Kempton programme offers a mixture of juvenile and older-horse racing, with two six-furlong events, three one-mile contests, a seven-furlong nursery and a longer one-mile, two-furlong event. The £26,000 Conditions Stakes at 7:30 PM stands out as the highest-value race, while the two divisions of the Class 3 Maiden Stakes provide back-to-back opportunities for two-year-olds over one mile.

The evening meeting will therefore provide eight races across a broad range of conditions, with the All-Weather Polytrack surface adding a consistent test throughout the programme.
