Jebel Ali Racecourse is galloping into its 2025–2026 season with renewed vision, innovation, and a spirit deeply rooted in tradition. Under the esteemed patronage of Sheikh Ahmed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the new season is set to begin on November 1, 2025, and will continue until March 8, 2026, featuring 11 action-packed race meetings that celebrate the very essence of UAE’s equestrian culture.
At the heart of this exciting season lies the ‘Daaeemm’ initiative — a groundbreaking incentive scheme that marks a global first in horse racing. Announced during a press conference held at Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel, the scheme was unveiled in the presence of key officials including Engineer Mohammed Saeed Al Shehhi, Board Member and General Manager of the Emirates Racing Authority (ERA), and Mohamed Al Ahmed, Director General of Jebel Ali Racecourse, alongside a number of ERA representatives and trainers.
A Revolutionary Step Forward
The Daaeemm programme introduces a visionary approach to racing incentives – crafted meticulously to reward dedication, encourage participation, and inspire competitive excellence among horse owners. The scheme enhances selected races with special bonus rewards that complement the regular prize purses, ensuring every race is charged with both thrill and opportunity.
Designed to embrace diversity across the field, Daaeemm extends its benefits to two- and three-year-old contenders, as well as those still pursuing their first career victories. This inclusive framework not only energises the racing scene but also cultivates a sustainable and professional environment for the sport’s future growth.
Beyond the racetrack, Jebel Ali Racecourse continues to weave cultural and community experiences into its racing calendar. Each meeting will be accompanied by themed celebrations that highlight unity, creativity, and heritage.
Among the notable events are the Zayed and Rashid Campaign on November 29, Students and Universities Day on December 13, and the New Year Celebration on December 27. The artistic spirit will shine through during Art Day on January 17, followed by the elegant Gallop and Glam Fashion Day on February 15. The season will conclude with Ramadan Celebrations on March 1 and 8, 2026, marking a fitting finale that blends grace, tradition, and joy.
The season’s major fixtures include some of the UAE’s most prestigious races — the Jebel Ali Mile, the Jebel Ali Sprint (a distinguished leg of the Emirates Sprint Series), and the Jebel Ali Stakes — each promising high-stakes competition and electrifying performances.
With Daaeemm steering the course forward, Jebel Ali Racecourse stands at the forefront of equestrian innovation — a place where heritage, excellence, and vision stride in perfect harmony.
