Producing a strong late surge, Red Hot Punch (J: P. Ajeeth Kumar) delivered a decisive performance to land the final event for trainer Ananta Vatsalya, representing the ownership partnership of M/s EAnoop Kumar Reddy, Sunil Kumar Sethi, Syed Nawaz Hussain, MMadhukar & TRakesh Reddy. The victory provided a fitting close to an engaging afternoon of racing.
As part of the Hyderabad race results 10 March, the sprint unfolded at a brisk tempo with several contenders pushing forward early. Red Hot Punch was positioned patiently behind the leaders by P. Earlier in the afternoon, the card commenced with The Sir Bruce Plate over 1400 metres at 03:30 PM, where Wolf Creek (J: B. R Kumar, T: R. H. Sequeira) scored for owners M/s Imran Isa Sayyed, S Saleem Shah & The Estate of Late Mr L D’Silva, with Cape May finishing second ahead of Sadiya in third. The tempo continued in The Jangaon Plate at 04:00 PM over 1200 metres as Sharanga (J: Antony Raj S., T: Bharath Singh) delivered a strong winning performance for owner Mr Shantanu Sharma, while La Quinta and Analysis completed the placings.
The sprinting action carried into The Aberader Plate at 04:25 PM over 1100 metres, where Greif (J: Yash Narredu, T: K. S. V. Prasad Raju) prevailed for owners M/s S Prasad Raju & Mukund Kakani, finishing ahead of Aditya and Aquatone. The competition intensified in The Crown Treasure Plate at 04:50 PM over 1400 metres as Northern Waves (J: Antony Raj S., T: G. Shashikanth) claimed top honours for owner Mr V Narendar Reddy, with Knight Regent second and Corte Madera third.
In The Srisailam Plate run at 05:20 PM over 1200 metres, Dardanus (J: Antony Raj S., T: Bharath Singh) registered an impressive win for owner Mr Joydeep Datta Gupta, while Master Class and Toshiro filled the minor placings. The penultimate event, The Common Land Plate at 05:45 PM over 1200 metres, saw Walking Thunder (J: P. Ajeeth Kumar, T: L. V. R. Deshmukh) produce a sharp finishing effort to score for owner Mr Aditya P Thackersey, finishing ahead of Timeless Vision and Cherie Chevalier.
