Sequeira orchestrated a commanding victory in 1:28.956. The winner is owned by M/s Mukteshwar Racing LLP and Mr. C. Aryama Sundaram. Elegant Lady, under Rafique S.K. and trainer B. Mukesh Kumar, took second at 1:30.216.
The afternoon sprint, The Hill Fort Plate (Division I) over 1200 metres at 1:45 p.m., belonged to Shubhrak, ridden by A.A. Vikrant and trained by Mir Faiyaz Ali Khan, impressing the owner Mr. Md. Sultan. The horse finished in 1:15.584, narrowly ahead of Most Beautiful (J: Akshay Kumar / T: S. S. F. Hassan) at 1:15.935, thrilling the onlookers.
