The third race of the day at Mysore Race Club, The Diabolical Plate, showcased fierce competition among horses rated 40 to 65 over a distance of 1400 meters. With a total prize purse of Rs. 5,75,000, including Rs. 2,87,500 to the winner, the race attracted eager contenders and enthusiastic spectators.
Heroism emerged triumphant under the expert guidance of jockey Faiz and trainer C D Monnappa. The impressive performance saw Heroism blaze through the finish line in a swift time of 1:24.732, capturing the crowd’s attention with a commanding display of speed and stamina.
Close behind was Natural Warrior, ridden by Ankit Pal and trained by Mansoor Khan, who finished strongly in 1:25.956 to claim second place. The consistent effort by this duo kept the pressure high throughout the race.
Completing the top three was Silver Days Again, with jockey Koshi Kumar aboard and trainer Bobby M preparing the horse. Silver Days Again crossed the line in 1:26.229, rounding out a competitive and exciting finish.
