Hanshin will present a full 12-race programme on 27 December, 2025 (Saturday), with total prize money amounting to approximately ¥315.89 million, underlining the importance of the winter fixture at the Osaka venue.
Racing will commence at 09:45 and conclude at 16:05, with distances ranging from 1200 metres to 2000 metres. The programme will feature a strong sequence of two-year-old contests early in the day before three-year-olds take over the latter stages. Prize money will rise steadily through the card, culminating in the Group 2 Hanshin Cup.
The first four races will be reserved for two-year-olds, each carrying ¥10,600,000 in prize money. RACE 1, a 1200-metre sprint at 09:45, will include Zakino Friends, Rouge Lugano, and Kung Fu Hero among the expected runners.
RACE 2, scheduled for 10:15 over 1800 metres, will also offer ¥10,600,000, with T O Townes, Sunrise Arthur, and Lord Stellato set to feature. RACE 3 at 10:45 will be contested over 1400 metres for the same prize fund and is expected to include Kafuji Coulommiers, Gouldian Finch, and Clever Cute.
RACE 4 at 11:15 will complete the early juvenile block. Run over 1600 metres, it will again carry ¥10,600,000, with Vishwanath, Pugna Fata, and Danon Belle Vue among the anticipated runners.
Prize money will increase to ¥14,250,000 for races 5 and 6, both restricted to two-year-olds. RACE 5 at 12:05 over 2000 metres will feature Mitono Botan, King Genesis, and Rose Raffine, while RACE 6 at 12:35 over 1800 metres will include Wonder Derriere, Oki Berserk, and American Call.
RACE 7 at 13:05 will mark the first appearance of three-year-olds on the card. Contested over 1800 metres, it will offer ¥15,200,000 in prize money, with Meisho Pirka, La La Equilibre, and Satono Brillar expected to line up.
RACE 8 at 13:35 will be run over 1400 metres for three-year-olds and will carry ¥21,740,000 in prize money. Kurino Kingman, Hosho Maris, and Gale Rider will be among the expected runners.
The Manryo Sho in RACE 9 at 14:05 will provide a notable two-year-old contest over 1400 metres, offering ¥21,420,000. Go Go Richard, Ars Magna, and Coeur Franc will headline the expected field.
RACE 10, the Maya Stakes at 14:45, will be contested over 1800 metres for three-year-olds and will carry ¥35,530,000 in prize money. Meisho Sota, Little Hapi, and Hanauma Beach will be among the leading names.
The centrepiece of the meeting will be RACE 11, The Hanshin Cup (G2), scheduled for 15:25 over 1400 metres. With prize money of ¥129,360,000, it will be the richest race on the card and is set to include A Shin Fencer, Yoshino Easter, Gray in Green, and Shadow Fury.
The programme will conclude with RACE 12 at 16:05, a 2000-metre contest for three-year-olds offering ¥21,740,000, with Musician, Cosmo Express, and Man of Noble expected to bring the day to a close.
