Providing a competitive afternoon of action, Hamilton Park Racecourse staged a six-race card on 10 June that produced victories for Doon The Glen, Royal Heritage, Glory Of The Seas, Canaria Queen, Iris Dancer and Mwafaq. The meeting featured a balanced mixture of maiden and handicap contests, attracting runners from several respected stables and delivering notable performances across a range of distances. Glory Of The Seas emerged as the standout winner after claiming the highest-class contest on the programme.

Opening the card in the Amateur Jockeys’ Handicap Stakes (Class 6), Doon The Glen delivered a determined display to provide trainer Jim Goldie and owner Johnnie Delta Racing with success. Ridden by Miss Kayleigh Williams, the winner covered the mile in 1m 13.30s. Mister Sky Blue finished second, while Penny Mountain completed the top three.

The maiden ranks then came under the spotlight as Royal Heritage secured the Maiden Stakes (Class 4) in convincing fashion. Representing trainer Hamad Al Jehani and owner Wathnan Racing, the James Doyle-ridden winner stopped the clock at 1m 12.17s. Casino Star filled the runner-up position, while Sea Palace took third place.

The feature contest of the afternoon produced a notable performance from Glory Of The Seas in the Maiden Stakes (Class 3). Trained by Roger Varian and carrying the colours of Godolphin, the Ray Dawson-partnered runner asserted authority over the field to register victory in 2m 24.21s. Yafreh finished second, while Florida Dreams secured third. The success ensured Glory Of The Seas took top billing among the day’s winners.

Speed proved decisive in the day’s sprint event as Canaria Queen produced one of the sharpest displays on the card to land the Handicap Stakes (Class 5). Under Duran Fentiman, the Tim Easterby-trained runner scored for owner The Senators in 59.52 seconds, the fastest winning time recorded during the meeting. Highland Bear chased the winner home in second, while Tees Aggregates completed the placings.

The competitive handicap action continued with Iris Dancer securing the Handicap Stakes (Class 5). Trained by Tristan Davidson and owned by Auld Pals, the Rowan Scott-ridden winner crossed the line in 1m 11.78s. Ingleby Archie finished second, while Novak claimed third place.

Bringing the fixture to a close, Mwafaq delivered a polished performance in the concluding Handicap Stakes (Class 6). Ridden by Tom Kiely-Marshall for trainers Richard and Peter Fahey, and representing Richard Fahey Ebor Racing Club Ltd, the winner recorded a time of 1m 48.13s. Hunterian filled the runner-up position, while Condotti completed the top three.

The six-race programme produced victories for a number of respected racing operations, including Godolphin, Wathnan Racing and the Fahey stable. From promising maiden performers to reliable handicap specialists, the card showcased depth across the programme and provided several performances worthy of further attention as the season progresses.
