The competitive action continued at Bangalore Turf Club on Day 14 of the Summer Meeting as DIVINE STAR produced a sharp burst to land the Adler Plate, a 1200-meter handicap race for horses rated 40 to 65. The race, flagged off at 3:00 PM, carried a total prize purse of ₹6,30,000 and drew a strong sprinting field.

Piloted expertly by P. Trevor and trained by Aman Altaf Hussain, Divine Star struck at the right moment to seize the lead and held on well to clock 1:12.38. The win marked a significant result for a wide-ranging ownership group that includes Mr Ashok Ranpise , Mr. Pranav Ashok Ranpise , M/s. DT Racing & Breeding LLP & Mr. Rajiv S. Ghule & Mr S. R. Sanas Sshaawn Horses & Sports (P)ltd

Just behind the winner came PANTAZI, ridden by A. Sandesh for trainer Aashay Doctor, who delivered a strong performance but couldn’t quite close the gap, finishing in 1:12.66.

POWER OF BEAUTY completed the frame, guided by Arul J H and trained by Pradeep Annaiah, coming home third with a time of 1:12.84. The runner maintained a solid gallop throughout, showing potential for upcoming assignments.

With this victory, Divine Star adds a notable sprint win to the profile and looks poised for further success over short distances. As the afternoon rolls on, anticipation now builds for the next race on the card, The Karnataka Sub-Area Cup which promises more drama at Bangalore Turf Club.
