Dashmesh breds dominate Jan18th races with five impressive wins

January 18th was a memorable day for Dashmesh Stud Farm, one of India’s premier Thoroughbred breeding nurseries, as horses bred at the farm secured five impressive victories across races held at the Bangalore and Madras racecourses. From emerging talents to seasoned campaigners, the farm’s equine stars displayed remarkable skill and earned significant prize money, further cementing Dashmesh Stud Farm’s reputation in the industry.

Tegbir Brar the proud owner of Dashmesh took to Twitter to express his delight, sharing, “5 wins on the day for Dashmesh breds; Habibti (Win Legend) kicked it off, Circle Of Dreams (Dreamfield) led home a Dashmesh 1-2-3 in the baby race, and Kalamitsi (Win Legend) took the feature at Bangalore, while Danny’s Girl (Win Legend) and Grey Beauty (Sir Cecil) saluted at @RaceMadras.” His post quickly attracted widespread congratulations and applause from the racing community.

 

The first success of the Lucky Friday for Dashmesh Stud Farm unfolded at Bangalore Turf Club Ltd, where Habibti, a 4-year-old mare by Win Legend, delivered a commanding performance in the Indravati Stakes Div-2 (Class 4, 1400m). Trained by Arjun Mangalorkar and ridden by the skilled jockey A. Sandesh, Habibti demonstrated her class and strength to secure a stylish win, earning Rs. 2,71,245 in prize money.

Later in the day, Circle Of Dreams, a 3-year-old by Dreamfield, dazzled in the S M Ramakrishna Rao Memorial Cup (1200m). Trained by S. S. Attaollahi and guided by Akshay Kumar, Circle Of Dreams prevailed in a hard-fought maiden race, claiming Rs. 5,41,250.

The highlight of the Bangalore races came in the RWITC Trophy (Class 1, 1400m), where Kalamitsi, a well-bred son of Win Legend, delivered a spectacular performance to clinch victory. With the trainer-jockey duo of S. S. Attaollahi and Akshay Kumar once again proving formidable, Kalamitsi earned Rs. 4,50,000 in prize money, adding to Dashmesh Stud Farm’s success for the day.

Meanwhile, at the Madras Race Club, the winning streak continued with Danny’s Girl, a 4-year-old by Win Legend, who powered to victory in the Air Force Trophy Div-2 (Class 3, 1100m). Trained by Suraj Shaw and ridden by M. S. Deora, Danny’s Girl earned Rs. 3,85,000 with her dominant performance.

The day concluded with a brilliant win by Grey Beauty, a 5-year-old daughter of Sir Cecil, in the Navy Trophy Div-1 (Class 4, 1200m). Trained by James Mckeown and ridden by C. Umesh, Grey Beauty showcased her mettle in the closing stages, earning Rs. 3,30,000 and capping off a remarkable day for the farm.
