With a total prize fund of €31,100 and seven declared runners, it will be the most valuable race of the meeting. The sprint contest will provide an early opportunity for promising young horses to demonstrate their speed and ability.

At 12:52 PM, the second race will be the Prix du Bois de la Tuilerie. Open to horses aged four and above, the Class 3 contest will take place over 1,900 metres. The race carries a prize fund of €25,000 and features seven declared runners. The claiming conditions will add an interesting dimension to the event, with the participating horses facing a test over the longer distance.

The third race, scheduled for 1:27 PM, will be the Prix de la Croix Marquet. This maiden contest is exclusively for two-year-old horses and will be run over 1,600 metres. With nine declared runners and €27,400 in prize money, the race will offer an opportunity for inexperienced horses to secure their first career victory.

At 2:12 PM, the programme will continue with the Prix de la Croix Saint-Rieuil. Also a maiden event for two-year-old horses, the race will cover 1,600 metres and features 13 declared runners. Carrying a prize fund of €27,400, it is expected to be one of the more competitive contests of the afternoon, with several young runners looking to make their mark.

The fifth event at 2:47 PM will be the Prix du Labyrinthe de Buis. This handicap contest is reserved for three-year-old horses and will be held over 1,600 metres. With 14 declared runners and €18,200 in prize money, the race will provide a competitive opportunity for horses in this age category.

At 3:22 PM, attention will turn to the Prix de l’Abbaye de la Victoire. The 1,600-metre handicap is also restricted to three-year-old horses and has attracted 14 declared runners. The contest offers a total prize fund of €20,200 and will test the consistency and ability of the participating runners.

The seventh race, scheduled for 3:57 PM, will be the Prix du Domaine de Valgenceuse. This three-year-old handicap will take place over 1,600 metres and carries €24,000 in prize money. With 14 declared runners, the contest will feature another competitive field, providing an important opportunity for horses looking to deliver a strong performance.

The meeting will conclude at 4:32 PM with the Prix du Poteau des Brulis. This maiden contest is reserved for three-year-old horses and will be run over 1,900 metres. The final race has attracted 16 declared runners, the largest field of the meeting, and offers €20,100 in prize money. The longer distance will provide a stamina test as the eight-race programme reaches its conclusion.

Chantilly’s Thursday meeting promises an engaging afternoon of French Flat racing, combining opportunities for emerging two-year-old talent with competitive handicaps for three-year-old horses and a contest for older runners. The Prix de la Croix d’Anleu will stand out as the richest race on the card, while the two maiden contests for younger horses and the closing event will add further interest to the programme.
