In what turned out to be a memorable performance, Aeropoli, guided skillfully by jockey Imran Chisty and trained by Aashay Doctor, claimed victory in 1:39.075, delighting owners Mr. Salomone N. Benveniste, Mr. Vishal Doctor & Mr. Kamal J. Doctor representing Deciding Factor LLP, Mr. C.K. Pasari & Miss D. Pasari representing M/s United Investments, M/s Sarainaga Racing Pvt Ltd, Mr. Nihar Dugar, and Mr. Hemang Devendra Doctor. This Calcutta race result November 7 highlighted Aeropoli’s blend of patience and acceleration, making a statement in the Class III ranks.
Aeropoli began the race positioned just off the early pace, allowing competitors to jostle for the lead. As the field rounded the final turn, Chisty timed his move perfectly, unleashing Aeropoli’s finishing kick over the last 400 meters. The horse responded with composure and precision, breaking clear in the final furlong to secure a stylish and authoritative win.
The runner-up honours went to Star Studded, ridden by Yash Narredu for trainer Rajesh Narredu, clocking 1:39.302 after keeping up pressure on the leader throughout the home stretch. Galway Girl, under Antony Raj S. for trainer Neil Darashah, closed determinedly to claim third in 1:39.692, rounding out a fiercely competitive top three.
