From the outset, Duesenberg settled just off the early pace before unleashing a sustained finishing burst in the home straight. Guided with precision by A Prakash, the colt cut through the field with authority, responding sharply to every cue and proving too strong for his rivals in the final 200 meters. The winning move highlighted both tactical astuteness and a remarkable turn of foot, giving the connections a well-deserved celebration.
The runner-up position went to Ksepiman (J: Mukesh Kumar, T: Rutherford Alford), who finished strongly in 1:38.684, narrowly missing the lead in the final strides.
