The Bangalore Turf Club gears up for an action-packed day on May 24, 2025, as the third day of the Bangalore Summer Meeting features a competitive seven-race card. Following the finalisation of entries after handicaps were cleared, the racing enthusiasts can look forward to a day of thrilling contests and standout performances.

The day kicks off at 2:00 pm with The Royal Tern Plate (Maiden), a 1200-meter sprint exclusively for 3-year-old maiden horses. Nine contenders will battle it out for their first career win. The lineup features BIG B (J: Angad / T: Narayana Gowda V.), HYPERDRIVE (J: R. Vaibhav / T: Irfan Ghatala), MAHLER (J: P. Trevor / T: S.S. Attaollahi), MIDNIGHT BLUE (J: Suraj Narredu / T: Rajesh Narredu), and others, with several highly regarded stables represented.

At 2:30 pm, the second race, The Supervite Plate (Division II), will showcase horses aged four and older, rated 20 to 45, over a 1400-meter course. Among the runners are STENTORIAN (J: Suraj Narredu / T: S. Narredu), LEX LUTHOR (J: A. Prakash / T: Kishan Thomas K.), and STAR OF INDIA (J: Neeraj Rawal / T: S. Padmanabhan), promising a competitive field in this handicap contest.

The third event of the afternoon is the K.N. Guruswamy Memorial Trophy at 3:00 pm for horses rated 40 to 65 over 1400 meters. Among the strong entries are EXCELLENT LASS (J: Yash Narredu / T: Rajesh Narredu), FINLEY (J: Ramswarup / T: S.S. At 3:30 pm, the pace quickens with The Col. Desraj Urs Trophy, a 1200-meter dash for horses rated 60 to 85. A highlight of the day is the fifth race, The War Hammer Million, scheduled at 4:00 pm. Open to 3-year-olds and run over 1400 meters, it has drawn top-notch juveniles like VIBRANT BLISS (J: Antony Raj S. / T: S. Dominic), MORANO (J: A. Sandesh / T: Aashay Doctor), CIRCLE OF DREAMS (J: Akshay Kumar / T: S.S. Attaollahi), and ICE OF FIRE (J: P. Trevor / T: Pradeep Annaiah). Following that, at 4:30 pm, is The Usha Stud Plate, a 1200-meter race for 5-year-olds and above rated 40 to 65. This field includes GOLDEN TIME (J: Koshi Kumar / T: V. Lokanath), FREE TO PLAY (J: A. Prakash / T: Kishan Thomas K.), SUPER SAPPHIRE (J: Shezad Khan / T: Rajesh Narredu), and SPRINGSTEEN (J: S. Saqlain / T: Arjun Mangalorkar). The curtain falls with the seventh and final race of the day at 5:00 pm—The Supervite Plate (Division I)—another 1400-meter contest for 4-year-olds and above rated 20 to 45.
