Bangalore Turf Club is set to conduct the 14th day of the Bangalore Summer Meeting on Sunday, June 29, 2025, with an exciting line-up of eight races on the card. The racing action will commence with The Mahalakshmi Plate at 1:30 PM and conclude with The Desert God Plate at 5:00 PM. The most anticipated highlight of the day will be The Chief Minister’s Cup for four-year-olds and over, scheduled at 4:00 PM, offering a total prize purse of ₹15,80,000.

The racing events of the day will begin with The Mahalakshmi Plate, a 1600-meter handicap race for horses rated 00 to 25, with a total prize purse of ₹4,50,000. Among the top contenders for this race are WESTLAKE, to be ridden by jockey Antony Raj S. and trained by Arjun Mangalorkar; ANCHORAGE, with jockey Ritesh Gochhi and trainer Imtiaz Khan; ROYAL WHISPER, partnered by jockey Darshan N. under the guidance of trainer Neil B Devaney; SEA DIAMOND, with jockey Vinod Shinde and trainer Umar Shariff S.; and CHANNAGIDE, ridden by jockey P Tejeshwar and also trained by Umar Shariff S.

At 3:30 PM, The Karnataka Sub-Area Cup will take place. This 1400-meter handicap race is for horses rated 60 to 85 and carries a total prize purse of ₹7,00,000.
