The Bangalore race result 30 May at Bangalore Turf Club (BTC) delivered a sharp finish in the 6th race of the day as PRINCE OF WALES stamped authority in The Romantic Dance Plate, a Class IV contest for horses rated 20 to 45 run over 1400 metres on Saturday, 30 May 2026 at 04:30 PM. The winner scored for owner Ms. Rapar Galloping Stars LLP rep. by Mr Rajendran, showcasing maturity in a tightly contested finish.
Representing a competitive field under the banner of Bangalore Turf Club (BTC) / Bangalore Turf Club Ltd., Prince of Wales produced a well-timed effort to secure a confident victory in the concluding stages of the race.
The contest unfolded at a steady tempo before turning tactical in the final 400 metres. Prince of Wales, ridden patiently by Antony Raj S., tracked the leaders before accelerating strongly when it mattered most. The gelding responded fluently under pressure, edging ahead in the final strides to seal the win with authority.
PRINCE OF WALES ultimately held firm to the challenge and showed a decisive turn of foot in the closing phase, separating himself just when the race demanded a stronger finish.
Finishing second was ALAMGIR (J: Suraj Narredu, T: Irfan Ghatala), who produced a consistent run to stop the clock at 1:28.40 after staying in contention throughout. The third spot went to LENA(J: A. Ashhad Asbar, T: Pradeep Annaiah), who completed the race in 1:28.77, finishing strongly but unable to bridge the gap.
