The Bangalore race result 30 May from the Bangalore Summer Meeting 9th day at Bangalore Turf Club (BTC), featured a competitive renewal of The Prince Khartoum Plate, Race 7 of the card, a Class IV contest for horses rated 20 to 45 over 1200M, held on Saturday, 30 May 2026 at 05:00 PM. STRAVINSKY (J: Suraj Narredu), trained by V Narayana Gowda and owned by Mr Anil K. Joseph, produced a commanding finishing effort to win in 1:15.31.
Settled just off the early pace, STRAVINSKY travelled smoothly through the first half of the race while the field sorted itself out in a tightly bunched sprint. Approaching the final 400 metres, Suraj Narredu asked for an effort, and the response was immediate. STRAVINSKY quickened decisively, swept past the leaders, and asserted control inside the final furlong to seal a well-judged and professional victory.
Corinthian (J: A. Sandesh, T: S.S. Attaollahi) chased hard to finish runner-up in 1:15.91 after staying in prominent contention throughout but could not match the winner’s acceleration when it mattered most. Windcleaver (J: Mukesh Kumar, T: Vishesh M.P.) completed the frame in 1:16.46, staying on steadily without ever threatening the top two.
With STRAVINSKY stamping authority in the Prince Khartoum Plate, attention now shifts to the remaining feature races of the Bangalore Summer Meeting card, where stronger classes and sharper finishes are expected to define the closing stages of the day.
