The 7th day of the Bangalore Summer Meeting at Bangalore Turf Club (BTC) produced yet another thrilling result at Bangalore, with QUEENDOM landing The Supervite Plate DIV II.
The 3rd race of the day, The Supervite Plate DIV II, a Class IV contest for horses rated 20 to 45 over 1400 metres, was run on Saturday, 23 May 2026 at 03:30 PM. QUEENDOM, owned by Manjri Horse Breeders’ Farm Pvt Ltd & Mr D R Thacker, produced a well-timed effort to land the spoils under Akshay Kumar for trainer S.S. Attaollahi.
In a steadily run affair, QUEENDOM was positioned smartly within striking distance before being asked to quicken in the final furlong. Responding with authority, the filly forged ahead in the closing stages and held firm under pressure to secure a narrow but decisive victory in a strongly contested finish.
LENA (P. Trevor, trainer: Pradeep Annaiah) ran a game race to finish second, clocking 1:27.38 after staying on determinedly throughout the final stretch. BLUE STORM (Pavan, trainer: Irfan Ghatala) secured third place in 1:27.63, finishing just behind the leading duo after a competitive run to the wire.
With the third race concluded in thrilling fashion, attention now shifts to the upcoming The K.N. Guruswamy Memorial Trophy scheduled for 04:00 PM, promising another exciting chapter in the day’s racing action at BTC Bengaluru.
