The afternoon at the Bangalore Summer Meeting, 13th day, Saturday, 13th June 2026, witnessed another tightly fought contest in the 7th Race, The Sir Cecil Plate DIV I, a Class IV event for horses rated 20 to 45 over 1200 metres, held at 05:00 PM. The Bangalore race result 13th June once again highlighted the competitive depth at the prestigious Bangalore Turf Club (BTC), as BREEZE BLUSTER delivered a sharp finishing effort to secure victory for owner group Mr Srinath Byregowda, Mrs Divyajyothi C M, Mrs Champa Sharath, and Mr Rakesh Kumar.
Ridden with confidence by jockey Vishal and trained by V. Lokanath, BREEZE BLUSTER produced a well-timed surge in the final metres after tracking the early pace in a closely bunched field. The winner showed commendable response when asked for an effort, edging ahead in the closing strides to seal a narrow but decisive win in a fiercely contested sprint.
IL VOLO (J: Rajesh Kumar M, T: G. Y. Rajesh Babu) finished a close second, clocking 1:16.47 after pushing the winner all the way to the line, while CARAT LOVE (J: Mukesh Kumar, T: Vishesh M.P.) secured third place in 1:16.50, just fractions behind in a tightly packed finish where the top three were separated by minimal margins.
