Shroff) delivered a composed and well-timed performance to score for Mr Joydeep Datta Gupta, Mrs Ritu Puri, Mr Sanjay Datta Gupta & Mr Debasish Mishra & Darashaw Bloodstock Pvt Ltd & So Blest Trading Co Pvt Ltd & Mr Milan Luthria & Mrs Liane Milan Luthria, Mr Avinash Gupta at the Bangalore Turf Club (BTC).
From the outset, the race unfolded at a steady but tactical tempo, with the field tightly packed turning for home. Oliver was positioned efficiently in midfield before Vivek G. angled the gelding into clear running in the final 300 metres. Responding strongly under pressure, Oliver produced a decisive turn of foot in the closing strides to edge ahead in a tightly fought finish, demonstrating both maturity and timing over the mile trip.
BADSHAAH (J: K. Sai Kiran, T: Pradeep Annaiah) ran a gallant race to finish second, clocking 1:40.64, narrowly missing out after staying in contention throughout the final furlong. SASSY SARAH (J: Akshay Kumar, T: Prasanna Kumar) secured third place in 1:40.89, finishing strongly but unable to bridge the gap in the final stages of the contest.
