Raising the level of competition in the sprint ranks, Race 4 at 5:30 pm will feature the REHC Sprint Cup over 1200 metres for horses aged three years and above, with prize money of BHD 4,000. Arabian Sun, Kaasib, Maximum Impact, Sharkii, Auditor, and Edward Cornelius will line up in a race that will test consistency and finishing strength among established performers and rising contenders.
Highlighting emerging talent with increased prize incentives, Race 5 at 6:00 pm will present the SGB Future Stars Sprint Cup over 1000 metres for three-year-olds, offering a notable purse of BHD 8,000. Turning firmly towards endurance-based competition, Race 8 at 7:30 pm will stage the REHC Cup over 2200 metres, offering BHD 4,000 in prize money. The race will feature Mr Irrelevant, Vestigia, Al Shababi, The Parent, Knight Of Honour, and Phoenix Passion. This staying contest will require measured pacing and sustained effort, placing emphasis on stamina and race management over the extended distance.
Concluding the programme with a final test of staying ability, Race 9 at 8:00 pm will also be run over 2200 metres for horses aged three years and above, with a total prize of BHD 2,000. Epic, December, Hattaab, Majarah, Mister Dollar, Mowja, and Evergreen are expected to close the evening’s racing.
