Runner-up efforts behind subsequent elite performers in the Listed Debutant Stakes and the Group 3 Ottawa Stakes hinted at her ability, before she quickly converted potential into results. She won four of her next five starts as a juvenile, her only blemish coming in the rich Magic Millions 2YO Classic, where she finished fifth behind a top-class field.

Segenhoe’s Peter O’Brien emphasised her physical and genetic attributes, noting her consistency and natural speed, alongside her strong family background. “She’s a very good-looking mare, and we know the family well. She’ll be a valuable addition to any broodmare band,” he said.
Inglis Bloodstock Sales Manager Harry Bailey echoed those sentiments, highlighting her combination of race performance and pedigree as particularly attractive. “She has natural speed and a pedigree that makes her an exciting broodmare prospect,” he remarked.
Arabian Summer will be presented as part of the Segenhoe draft at Riverside on Thursday, May 7, under the established “Where Elegance Meets Excellence” theme that defines the sale.
