The much-anticipated sixth day of the Mysore Summer Races 2025 will take place on Wednesday, July 2, bringing another thrilling chapter to the ongoing summer meeting at the Mysore Race Club. Following the excitement of Day 5, racing enthusiasts can look forward to a competitive afternoon featuring six exciting contests, promising top-class action, strategic riding, and talented runners battling for glory.

The day’s proceedings begin with The Kodlipet Plate, scheduled for 2:30 PM. This race covers a testing distance of 2000 meters and offers a total prize purse of ₹4,50,000. Among the leading contenders is Mind Games, ridden by Faiz and trained by M. Pratap Kamath, expected to showcase stamina and strength. Saigon, partnered by L. Alex Rozario and prepared by J. S. Pillay, will also be one to watch. Gimme, with jockey Anil Baandal in the saddle, represents the same yard as Saigon, adding further depth to the competition. Sarvottam, guided by Md. Imran Ashraf and trained by Rakesh, brings form and consistency to the lineup, while Brocston, piloted by Siddaraju P and also conditioned by Rakesh, completes the notable entries for the opening contest.

At 3:00 PM, The Kinski Plate takes center stage. This 1400-meter race carries a prize pool of ₹3,75,000 and has attracted a wide-open field. Salvi, leads the field. Proud, partnered with M. J. Gautam Raj Urs and trained by Ranjeet Shinde, brings solid form to the race. D Roman Power, under the ride of Shamaz Shareef for Bipin V. Salvi, adds competitive strength. Divine Ray, with Ganesh Shingade in the saddle and prepared by S. Santosh Rao, is another notable contender. Preakness, guided by Shyam Kumar (CHE) and trained by J. Covering a distance of 1400 meters with a rich prize pool of ₹11,20,000, this race promises to showcase future stars. Shine, with top jockey A. Sandesh aboard and trained by Vijay Singh, heads the field and is expected to put up a strong performance. See The Light, partnered with the experienced P. Trevor and prepared by S. S. Attaollahi, will be a significant challenger. Aashirvad, guided by L. Alex Rozario for C. D. Monnappa, One Nation under the ride of C. Umesh trained by M. Absolutechallenger, guided by Prabhu Kumar M and trained by Vishal Yadav, along with D Gold Star, ridden by J. Paswan and also prepared by Vishal Yadav, will look to make their mark. Gold Kite, partnered with Vinod Shinde under the guidance of K. Aditya, brings speed to the equation, while Rise Again, teamed with C. Umesh and trained by Fahad Khan, offers solid form.
