The Bangalore Turf Club’s second race of the day, The Nandi Plate, delivered an electrifying contest over 1400 meters on Sunday, June 8, 2025. This competitive handicap event, featuring horses rated between 20 to 45, offered a purse of ₹510,000 and kept the racegoers on the edge of their seats.

Emerging victorious was Lady Invictus, expertly guided by jockey P. Trevor and trained by M. Eshwer. The pair executed a flawless performance in 1:26:47, clinching the win in a photo-finish that underscored the competitive spirit of the race. Lady Invictus demonstrated both determination and agility to edge out rivals in the final strides.

Close behind in second place was Bruce Almighty, ridden confidently by Bhawani Singh and trained by Faraz Arshad. The runner-up put in a strong challenge throughout but had to settle for the runner-up spot in a tightly contested finish as they timed at 1:27:61.

Completing the podium was Breeze Bluster, who impressed under jockey Vinod Shinde with training from V. Lokanath. Breeze Bluster maintained a consistent pace and finished well to secure a deserved third place in 1:27:77.
