By winning at Chantilly, CAMILLE PISSARRO, a three-year-old colt, secured a coveted place in what’s often dubbed the World Cup of Thoroughbreds, the Qatar Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe, set for Sunday, October 5, 2025, at ParisLongchamp.
Close behind the winner was CUALIFICAR, ridden by William Buick and trained by André Fabre, while DETAIN, partnered by Christophe Soumillon and trained by John & Thady Gosden, finished third to complete a competitive top-three lineup.
The winners of the prestigious race were crowned by Hamad bin Abdulrahman Al-Attiyah, Chairman of the Qatar Racing and Equestrian Club (QREC). A total of 18 runners contested the 2100-meter event, showcasing an intense battle for dominance.
