Trained by Rutherford Alford and ridden by Imran Chisty, the duo secured a back-to-back double, with Keitaro clocking 1:13.390 at odds of 7/2 to claim the lion’s share of the ₹10,00,000 prize purse.
Following closely was Star Pride, guided by Hindu Singh and trained by Aashay Doctor, finishing in 1:13.661 at 10/1 odds. This marked another strong performance from the duo after their earlier success in the Upguards Handicap.
The third-place finisher was Polki, piloted by Vinay Jaiswal under the training of B. Mahesh, completing the race in 1:14.448 at 12/1 odds.
Meanwhile, Cortado, partnered with P. Trevor and trained by Aashay Doctor, was withdrawn, leaving Whirlwind as the tote-favorite.
