Yinsiruk claimed a narrow victory in The Rodeo Plate at Pune Racecourse, edging out a competitive field in Race 5 over 1100 metres on Saturday, October 10, 2026. Ridden by P. Trevor and trained by Aman Altaf Hussain, Yinsiruk completed the race in 1:03:770. The winner raced for Mr Jaydev M. Mody rep. J. M. Livestock Pvt Ltd and Mr Vrajesh Prabhakar Udani, securing the result by a small but decisive margin.
The 4:00 PM contest at Pune Racecourse produced a closely fought finish, with little separating the leading runners as they approached the line. P. The response proved sufficient, allowing the winner to hold off the late challenge and register an important victory during the tenth day of the Pune racing season.
The Rodeo Plate at Pune Racecourse: Close Finish Decides the Result
Dreams Come True, ridden by A. Sandesh and trained by Sanjay Kolse, finished second in 1:03:895, just 0.125 seconds behind Yinsiruk. Heaven’s Rhythm, partnered by Saurav Rawat and trained by M. Narredu, took third place in 1:03:915, only 0.020 seconds behind the runner-up. The three leading horses crossed the finish within 0.145 seconds of one another, reflecting the tight contest over the sprint distance.
The result added another talking point to the Pune Racecourse Meeting 2026, Tenth Day, with the 1100-metre event decided by fine margins rather than a clear-cut advantage. Yinsiruk’s finishing effort and P. Trevor’s handling proved decisive in a race where every fraction of a second mattered.
The day’s programme continued with The Lemon Tree Hotels Trophy, scheduled for 4:30 PM at Pune Racecourse, as the meeting moved towards its next contest.
