Ashhad Asbar and Trainers Make Their Mark

The programme produced a notably even distribution of success, with every race going to a different winner. Ashhad Asbar’s double stood out among the jockey performances, as he combined with Teak and Quattro to claim two victories. His two wins came in separate memorial trophy races and provided one of the clearest individual highlights of the afternoon.

The training honours were similarly divided, although R.H. Sequeira and D. Netto each registered two wins. Sequeira was associated with Catch The Worm and Quattro, while Netto guided Ayushman and Corinthian to their respective victories.

The six races also brought together a broad spread of owners, trainers and jockeys, with no single stable dominating the programme. Catch The Worm began the sequence of victories in the opening division of the Nawab Sultan Ali Khan Memorial Trophy, while Divine Tiger completed the afternoon with success in the Jatprole Trophy.

Teak and Quattro proved particularly significant for Ashhad Asbar, who maintained his composure across two separate contests to register his double. The victories also contributed to R.H. Sequeira’s two-win afternoon, adding another layer to an otherwise evenly distributed card.

The Hydereabd Race Results 13 September featured six different winners at Hyderabad Race Club. Catch The Worm, Teak, Zorinella, Ayushman, Quattro and Divine Tiger all secured victories, while A. Ashhad Asbar completed a jockey double. R.H. Sequeira and D. Netto each recorded two training successes, making the programme a balanced afternoon of racing.
