The main feature of the day, The Gundlupete Plate, was held over 1600 metres for Class I horses rated 80 and above, and it belonged to KING’S BATTALION.
Owned by Mr Ujash Mahendra Patel and trained by H. Zulquarnain, KING’S BATTALION produced a commanding effort under jockey A. Ashhad Asbar to claim the prestigious contest in 1:41.292.
DECACORN provided the strongest challenge, finishing second with Mohd Talib in the saddle for trainer P Ruban, recording 1:41.593. STILL I RISE, trained by Fahad Khan and ridden by C. Umesh, completed the top three with a time of 1:41.631.

The prestigious Mysore Race Club Trophy was the eighth race of the day, conducted over 1600 metres for Class II horses rated 60 and above.
SEEKING ALPHA delivered a polished performance for trainer M Eshwer and owner Mr Srichand Suresh Singh. Ridden by K. Sai Kiran, the winner covered the distance in 1:35.417.
MIND GAMES, trained by Ranjeet Shinde and ridden by Abhishek Mhatre, finished second in 1:36.783, while MOTHER’S GRACE secured third place for trainer Suraj Prasad Shaw with Pavan aboard in 1:36.984.
