Bangalore Turf Club (BTC) witnessed an exciting finale to the Bangalore Summer Meeting, 28th day, Friday, 31st July 2026, as the 9th Race, The Champion Jockey Cup DIV II, a Class IV race for horses rated 20 to 45 over 1200 metres, was contested at 5:00 PM. In the latest Bangalore race result 31st July, CARAT LOVE produced a strong finishing performance under jockey Neeraj Rawal to secure victory in the season’s last race for trainer Vishesh M.P.
Carrying the colours of Mr Vikram Sreeram, Mrs Sandhya Sreeram, Mr Sandeep C Raghuram, Mr V Srinivasa Murthy, Mr Kiran Gowda, Mr C N Shashikiran & Dr T S Ravindra MS Cherie Sports Pvt Ltd, CARAT LOVE displayed excellent pace control and determination throughout the 1200-metre sprint. The winner travelled smoothly into contention before producing a sharp turn of foot in the final stages to claim the Champion Jockey Cup DIV II honours.
The race witnessed a well-contested battle as the runners maintained a steady pace through the early stages, with jockeys looking for the right moment to make their moves. CARAT LOVE responded strongly when Neeraj Rawal asked for an effort, pulling away from the challengers close home and securing a well-earned success. The victory added another memorable moment to the concluding day of the Bangalore Summer Meeting.
LOCKHEED finished second under jockey Rushal G.A for trainer G. Y. Rajesh Babu, while JOLIE’S STAR secured third place with Vishal N Bunde in the saddle for trainer Kishan Thomas. K. Both runners stayed competitive until the final stages, but CARAT LOVE proved strongest when it mattered most.
