Bangalore Turf Club (BTC), hosted another exciting sprint during the Bangalore Summer Meeting, 22nd Day, Sunday, 12th July 2026, with the 9th Race – The Indian Pattern Committee Trophy Div III. Run over 1200 metres for Class IV horses rated 20 to 45 at 5:25 PM, the contest produced a polished performance from POWER OF THE SEA, who scored confidently under Antony Raj S. for trainer Prasanna Kumar. This Bangalore race result 12th July added another notable winner to the day’s programme as the four-year-old justified strong support with an impressive display. Racing for Ms Rapar Galloping Stars LLP, Mr Anjan Kumar Rangaraj, Manjri Horse Breeders’ Farm Pvt Ltd and Stride Livestock Pvt Ltd, the winner produced a decisive effort to land the feature.

POWER OF THE SEA travelled comfortably throughout the six-furlong contest before responding smartly when Antony Raj S. asked for maximum effort in the straight. Showing a sharp turn of foot, the Prasanna Kumar-trained runner quickly established control inside the final furlong and maintained the advantage to the winning post, rewarding connections with another valuable success during the Bangalore Summer Meeting.
BIG B finished second after a determined effort under Rajesh Kumar M for trainer V. Narayana Gowda, chasing the winner throughout the closing stages. SD GOOD SAM, partnered by A.R. Pradeep and trained by Pradeep Annaiah, stayed on to secure third place and complete the placings.
