The Bangalore Turf Club (BTC) hosted another competitive contest during the Bangalore Summer Meeting, 21st day, Saturday, 11th July 2026, as Race No. 5 – The S.M. Cama Music and Production Pvt Ltd Million over 1200 metres was run at 3:30 PM. In another notable Bangalore race result 11th July, SEIZE THE GREY produced a polished performance under N. S. Parmar to score for trainer Joseph B. Awale in a time of 1:12.47. Racing in the colours of Mr R. D. Meghawat, the winner displayed excellent early speed and determination to secure a well-deserved victory.

Breaking smartly from the gates, SEIZE THE GREY quickly established a prominent position before travelling comfortably through the early stages of the sprint. N. S. Parmar judged the pace perfectly, allowing the gelding to conserve enough energy before asking for his final effort in the straight. Responding willingly, the Joseph B. Awale-trained runner accelerated decisively inside the closing furlong and held off the late challengers with authority to complete an impressive success.
Runner-up honours went to HEIMIRICH, ridden by A. Ashhad Asbar for trainer S. John, who stayed on strongly to finish second in 1:12.70. OSAKA, partnered by Suraj Narredu and trained by James Mckeown, completed the placings after clocking 1:13.08, finishing a respectable third following a determined late run.
With another exciting sprint concluded, attention now turns to Race No. 6 – The S.V. Subramaniam Memorial Trophy, scheduled for 4:00 PM, as the Bangalore Summer Meeting continues to build towards its remaining highlights.
