Horses of varying ages and experience will compete across distances ranging from six furlongs to one mile and four furlongs, ensuring a varied afternoon of Flat racing.

Kicking off the afternoon in style, The Tide Construction Apprentice Handicap Stakes (Class 4) will be run at 2:00 PM over 1 mile for horses aged four years and older. The opening contest will feature Clouds Hill, Helm Rock, Chalk Mountain, Best Rate, Mythical Guest, Paladin, Newfangled, and Rising Force, with competitors chasing a share of the £25,000 prize fund.

The spotlight will then turn to the youngsters, as The Knight Frank Conditions Stakes (Class 3) (GBB Race) is scheduled for 2:35 PM over 6 furlongs for two-year-olds. The expected runners are Peaceful Warrior, Flann Sunna, Persazz, Keep Grating, Mysterious Times, No More Pino, and Washington Royale, while £25,000 will be on offer.

The pace of the meeting will continue to build with The JLL Handicap Stakes (Class 3) at 3:10 PM over 1 mile and 5 yards for three-year-olds. The field is expected to include Crest of Fire, Loz Vegas, Shaman Champion, Starlight Time, Assaranca, Crown Office, Ya Karim, and Abundant, competing for £30,000 in prize money.

The afternoon will roll on with another competitive handicap as The Long Harbour Handicap Stakes (Class 4) takes place at 3:45 PM over 1 mile, 2 furlongs and 8 yards for three-year-olds and older. The race is expected to feature Seagolazo, Samuel Colt, Golden Knight, Gatehouse, and Morbeh, with a purse of £25,000 awaiting the successful connections.

The richest contest on the card will then take its turn in the limelight, with The Newmark EBF Fillies’ Handicap Stakes (Class 3) (GBBPLUS Race) at 4:23 PM. Run over 1 mile, 4 furlongs and 8 yards for three-year-olds and older, the race is set to feature Little Dorrit, Brielle, Incensed, Dojin, Lady Ridgewood, Folk Pageant, Hoseki, Nochebuena, and Sibling Rivelry. The contest carries the day’s highest prize fund of £50,000.

Saving one final dash for the finish, The Savills Handicap Stakes (Class 3) will close the meeting at 4:55 PM over 6 furlongs for three-year-olds and older. The expected line-up includes Fast Track Harry, Bolo Neighs, Coul Angel, Superposition, So Darn Hot, Twilight Jet, Another Abbot, and Diligently, with £30,000 in prize money available.
